How frustrating that the loose dogs' owner never left his porch to try to control his dogs, and that he had the nerve to say they were friendly.
I have been in that situation several times. I don't trust anyone who is foolish enough to think an off leash dog that has such poor recall is going to run up and just sniff my little furballs.
People are ridiculously irresponsible, and it is infuriating to think that their carelessness could cost the life of your little girl or others. Then to threaten your husband on top of it all!
