God I hate people like that, and it seems like so many of them own pit bulls. We have some idiots in my neighborhood who let their cats run free and I had to jump in and save their cat's life one time when it came into my back yard and was about to get killed by my 12 lb yorkie Minnie (RIP
). Minnie had the cat cornered after digging her claws in and ripping said cat off my back fence when she tried to run away from Minnie (Minnie was so deceptively athletic).
