I have Collars with full ID on my guys 24/7, which are never used for restraining them. I use Harness' for that, and that's every time they are allowed outside the "safe" area. Even though I have an environment which has layers of protection, there's always a chance of escape/accidental release, and I can't allow them to not have that information on them full time. (ok, call it paranoia
)
Given the monetary value and popularity of the Yorkshire, getting one returned after a loss is questionable. I just to make sure that I've done everything I can, to provide someone with the option to be honest.
