Oscar loves wearing his collar all the time. I keep it pretty loose so if he was to get caught on something he could pull his head out. It only comes off for baths, and even then he tries to grab it from me. Like he's saying mom don't take that off Im nekked.
He wears his collar and a harness when we go for walks. Collar for id tags and harness for leash.
