When my cat had tapeworms, I noticed it as tiny rice grain-like particles in her sleeping area. The vet told me that those were tape worm segments that are shed when the worms crawl out of her butt at night, and they can be spread if another animal consumes one of those "rice grains." If it were me, I would keep the afflicted dog in isolation and get it to a vet for a deworming ASAP--I wouldn't wait a full week. Otherwise you may be spreading tapeworms to the other animals.
