I was pretty lethargic myself yesterday but that was probably down to the rather muggy weather - it was SO humid and 'heavy' that I felt completely drained by the evening Could Crystal have been feeling it too - has it been very warm where you are? Forecast is looking hot hot hot for the UK this coming weekend....must remember to take the fan to work to keep me cool on Saturday

When I retired, I treated myself to full air conditioning, which we alone could do in our building, as we have a loft and then the roof, being the Penthouse. We live on the sea front literally and whilst we mostly have sea breezes, the humidity is high and in times of elevated heat really oppressive. She might be noticing it more as the atmosphere changes, going from the cool of the flat through 5 - 8 degrees outside and your right it was heavy. I lived in the States for many years and got hooked completely on A/C, amongst other things out there! When I think back I really noticed the difference when I came back. How our people work in mainly stuffy and fatiguing offices defeats me, it's also very counter productive for employers. Anyway I witter on, Crystal and I had our usual mile along the beach tonight. She came straight in, gave a huge yawn went to her little bed and crashed out, after giving mum and dad a huge tongue licking. She certainly enjoyed the lunch as well. Thank you for posting.
