Looks the same as Luma did after her first haircut....the only difference is I actually asked them to shave her down and keep face long! Thats not a puppy cut. Sorry you had a bad first grooming experience. Maybe he had some bad matting close to the skin that you never noticed and they decided to shave him down? Just a guess. Or maybe they just decided to groom him the way *they* liked. Either way, Bentley looks great and I bet he is a happy pup with that great summer cut!! Nice and cool! I think they really enjoy being free from all the hair
It grows back, honestly, Lumas fully grew out in about 4 months. He really does look cute though
