Have there always been so many bybs, puppy mills and brokers? Or is this just really hitting in the last few years? It just seems so rampant now. It could be that I'm becoming more educated and I just didn't know what to look for before coming here. I don't know. But, its awful and it makes me literally cry when I picture the sweet babies in cages and filth. Then I get angry and don't know what to do. But, I feel like I'm just as guilty as they are if I don't do anything. I remember when our malls in Memphis used to have pet stores that sold dogs and other small animals. They've been closed for years. So how do you go about finding these people?
