A women is moving into my apartment building and I just found out that she has this 5 month old yorkie that she leaves all day while at work. I never heard of such a thing. How harmful is this to the dog. I do not want her to move in but she now tells me she will hire a dog walker. How often does this puppy need to go out? We have always had dogs , but they were strays and never puppies. Can you please chime in with your thoughts
