As far as criticizing you at all, next time ask to speak to the manager or say EXCUSE ME, AREN'T YOU RUDE? That usually makes them think. I'm sorry they were idiots, do make sure to email corporate, you might get some training done on those people and some coupons. I just can't believe people are so bold.
