If you install a doggy door only in your existing entry door than you would have to do away with or prop open your screen door or they will go right threw it again. That screen door is like the one I have with a smaller doggy door. It has a screen and a storm winder that you can lower up or down to let in the air. (wait for a sale)
Im sure that they do installs. I would look at the cost to have the screen replaced and the cost of and to install the new doggy door and compare them to what it would cost you to just purchase and install the ready make door with doggy door.
Than ask yourself will this happen again and how much will it cost to repair a second and third time?
