BUT, let me add one thing to that CD...
A picture/.jpg of YOU holding your Dog, in an identifiable location, like outside your house, by your car with a clear License Plate shown, where you can prove possession in a location besides where you are/have gone. This level of documentation is very persuasive in proving ownership.
