But I LOVE sea urchin, that's what I named Uni after! Most people get bad ones that don't taste like peanut butter. It's supposed to taste very nutty and sweet. I wouldn't know if it's like baby poop though, never had that before! |
Cabeza and barbacoa are pretty similar, but it's stickier and greasier in Texas than in California for some reason. Similar flavor but somewhat different texture. What California does really well that Texas doesn't is carnitas. I love King Taco's carnitas with their red salsa.
