I'm having seafood pho tomorrow for lunch. Can't wait!! Capt Noonie, regarding the white meat preference, I guess it boils down to what you're use to. When I was young and living with my parents, we had breast meat when we had chicken, or turkey. I never buy a whole chicken because I really don't like the way the dark meat looks, and the veins freak me out. I will make buffalo wings for my hubby, but I make chicken strips (breast) for me.
