I walk around my yard before I let Gracie play there. Not because of neighbors but we have cats that sometimes leave dead bodies around. I have to make sure Gracie doesn't get near one of those.
Your neighbor has no right to complain about occasional barking. Most areas only have ordinances for after 10:00 at night concerning noise. The world is getting to be such a strange place! |
Even though I don't personally know this neighbor, I do believe he is mentally challenged some how or another. Off and on through out the day today he has appeared outside screaming unintelligible rants; "tear the wall down...turn off your alarm....save the Jews....it is not safe to live here....just you wait, I will show you...shut off your lights. This is some of the stuff he has been screaming this evening over and over.
Our dogs are put to bed before ten at night.
