I think we have been over and over and over and over this. Any size dog that is poorly bred can and will most likely have health issues. A tiny dog that is poorly bred will suffer greater because he/ she has no resourses to fight off illness and lacks body mass to miss a meal or three during an emergent situation.
I'm not sure what it is that continues to need clarification.
