That sounds perfect. I know how scary it is, Peanut gets them every vaccine time. I do remember the first time I noticed one, you just feel a bump so you over do it a little. Once I put two and two together I was ok LOL.

Personally for me rubbing it helps more than the compress, but worth a try- each dog is different.

See what works well with this one, her getting a lump this time should mean she will get one the next.
