To give you a little more info.. Yes it is normal, just watch it- make sure it doesnt get any bigger. You can also do a warm compress to help it go down. You can also rub it to help as well.
Peanut always gets them, Anytime I can I just play with it ( usually when he sleeps on me) it really helps it go down faster!!
