Have they done BATs since he has been on the new diet? I know some people who have opted not to have the biopsy if it looked like it was more than likely MVD. I would not suggest either to do it or not, but I do think you should just speak with the specialists at length about the pros and cons of doing that biopsy. Then, you will be better equipped to make that decision. I can understand that you don't want to put him through any more.
I don't have any grooming tips other than to perhaps just do a little bit at a time? I am sure someone else might be a bit more creative.
