In reading tutters post, I think that (thought circumstantial) having someone other than you or another resident apply any medication or action for the Dog's benefit is highly recommended.
LOL Absolutely no apology needed. Not sure if it's still an issue with him but when they were hanging out at my house, London (the morkie) was sitting on one of the chairs not doing anything... and there it was. He wasn't excited or anything, he was just sitting there looking around.

My friend took him to the vet every time it happened. Something about the foreskin being too loose so it'll happen from time to time. I think there was a point where it happened often enough that the vet just told her it's something she can put back at home and vet visit isn't really necessary. One of the weirdest "problem" I've seen a dog have... o_O
