I haven't read any verified deposition testimony signed and dated by her and notarized or anything but her apology speaks to something pretty bad that she did. And I doubt that Food Network would have summarily fired her without hard proof of something she did or said that they figured damaged their brand. She'd probably sue them nine ways to Sunday if they fired her for no defensible reason.
