Actually, any effort you make will probably not do much good. This is a natural occurrence, and I think you'll just have to deal with it. If there's other people there and it embarrasses you, just put your dog in another room for a while.

That was my reaction to my friend too. But with her dog 's issue, his thing wasn't able to go back in by itself. It would stay out all day so it'll get dry and... well, you get the picture. Lol.
