I have a friend who has a morkie that has similiar issue. But if I remember correctly, his problem was something about forskin being loose so sometimes, his thing just comes out. Another thing I remember is that her vet told her to use KY jelly and not vaseline. I think it was b/c it happens to him so often that if he licks vaseline a lot, it wouldn't be good for him.
