There are some things about aging that are so yuck. (Some of you might know that Donna and I are the same age.) I am impressed that you are able to squat, I haven't been able to do that in 10 years.

Anyway, hope the prescriptions and therapy, etc., help you feel better.
Yep LOL we are two old farts of course I can squat down, but LOL it's the getting up part that is almost impossible it has sure taken the fun out of gardening, I crawl along the garden beds just so I don't have to get up and then squat or kneel back down. not sure what but that TV commercial keeps playing in my ear, I have fallen and I cant' get up

The drug the doc gave me is working like a miracle I feel like I have no knee pain at all, but I have vivid memories of seeing the exray so I know it's just a false sense of well being. Even though this type of stuff does not really run in my family I seem to have trouble with ostio arteritis. About ten years ago the base of my thumb started to ache, really bad so much so that if I bumped it gently it would send a shiver down my spine because it hurt so much. I started getting cortisone shots first in the right hand several times and then finally the left hand. I keep trying to research my condition on the net and one web site said eventually the nerve shorts out and you no longer have any pain. Well that happened to me, seems like a miracle that I am pain free in one hand. and now the left is pain free as well.

gotta go to bed, I am losing it, post more in the AM
