They almost alway have healthy issues if they are too small. Then they use the "marketing term" of teacup to get the person who cares more for the size then the health.
Yes and I HATE how that that is what teacup means to so many. Miley might not be a "teacup" in your eyes but she's definitely a smaller dog than most yorkies I've seen. She'll be 15 weeks tomorrow and she weighs 2.4lbs. idk if thats normal for her age but regardless...she is supposed to be a smaller dog full grown.
