Second... yes .. we (even more so us women) are genetically drawn to the little helpless cutties. I hear all the time, oh how I wish my dog would stay like he/she was as a puppy. If the yorkies are naturally very tiny and HEALTHY so be it--even the best breeders have runts. What teacup means to me is a greeder breading a poor tiny to get unhealthy pups. They almost alway have healthy issues if they are too small. Then they use the "marketing term" of teacup to get the person who cares more for the size then the health. |
Yes and I HATE how that that is what teacup means to so many. Miley might not be a "teacup" in your eyes but she's definitely a smaller dog than most yorkies I've seen. She'll be 15 weeks tomorrow and she weighs 2.4lbs. idk if thats normal for her age but regardless...she is supposed to be a smaller dog full grown.
