What, specifically, are the antibiotics for? Is it for kennel cough? Has she had the vaccine? Kennel cough vaccine can actually cause kennel cough, btw. If she has it, you want to keep a very close eye on it bc it can turn into a deadly case of pneumonia in puppies. She should be on a cough suppressant too, if she is coughing at night.
Is she shaking all the time? After meals? Or?
If in doubt as to how she is doing, ALWAYS err on the side of going to the vet - be safe rather than sorry. These young puppies can go downhill extremely fast...remember, they've only been alive for 8 weeks...that's very fragile / young / vulnerable.
