I was shocked to read about a single pea initiating pancreatitis. Apart from possible choking on the pea has anyone any medical explanation for this phenomenon?? I knew that meat scraps could cause trouble but I thought veggies were ok. I am stressed enough trying to feed my dog safely, but now have to worry about one pea? I hope that this was not the real cause but just seemed that it was. |
