The Canadian Yorkshire Terrier Club will shortly vote on this issue. Then we submit the Standard Change to CKC for approval, and they in turn submit their bylaw changes to the Dept of Agriculture. I know byzantine, but heck that is the system.
And in keeping with what I have posted, I will approve that change! That is breeders' choice - dock or not.
