LOL & sadly TRUE!!

However, my groomer is adept at cutting Lucy's hair at the base of the tail to leave an open area so poops don't attach. If it's a loose stool though, not only does the tail get some but so do the legs.
In that case, I carry her back into my home with butt facing away and give the whole back end a once over in the sink.
