Thank you to everyone who sees where I am coming from. I did not come on here to be lectured on WHY I should breed my dog. I already STATED that I wanted to breed my dog so that I can have a puppy.I know fully well how much money it will cost to have a yorkie but was wondering what the recommended timeline on when to get certain surgeries done. I was APPROACHED by a show dog breeder through a friend of mine. She said she would love to have our dog breed with her dog and that we can have a puppy if there's more than 1 pup or monetary compensation. She told us that our dog should be ready in about 8 months but would have to wait until her dog was in heat. I only asked when to get the teeth and the neurtering done. NOT WHY or IF I should even breed my dog. I agree with Sherry....we all have to learn somewhere and if someone is attacking me and lecturing me, it makes me very upset. Let me ask this question to the breeders out there. How was your first time around starting out?? I'm sure you didn't have all the answers and were frustrated at others who were telling you why or why you shouldn't do certain things. Again, I only ask 2 questions like SHerry said 1. Timeline on when to take baby teeth out 2.When is a dog ready to breed i.e at what age they don't shoot blanks. I didn't ask for any opinions on WHY I should breed. I will stay on YT because there are A LOT of nice people on here and I have learned a lot. Thank you especially to "Yorkiegirl2" and to all the new breeders and member of YT for seeing my side of things and being supportive. I'm sure with an experience show breeder that I will be working with, SHE will HELP ME with the breeding process.
