Hi I am no expert or anything but I do the pee pad thing and my puppy is 16 wks old ..i find that consistance is what works best ,I pick her up after her naps and take her to the area she will pee now she goes there on her own without me taking her there ,and she does here poohs there also , i am so proud of her ..its been about 3 wks now with no accidents .Good luck with your training ..
