You look great either way. I say go for comfort.
I have also worn glasses and/or contacts since I was about 6. I did have laser surgery about 10 years ago and very much appreciate having much better sight. (Not perfect, but at least I can see things without glasses.
)
Anyway, I am interested in finding out what you decide.
