Right after their shots, they are extremely vulnerable, so they recommend 2 weeks after their final or 16 weeks shot, so that means around 18 weeks they are safe. You can carry him as many places as possible, it’s good for him to see as much as possible the first few months. I wouldn't worry as much about the rabies; it's very unlikely she'll come in contact with a rabid animal, if you're with her. He's just so adorable!
