Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. This infuriates me
. Why on earth people get dogs to just tie them to a tree to live a miserable life is beyond me. Makes me so sad. Pitties can be so sweet and can be more of lap dog than a yorkie can be.
I'd check to see what the limit is for dogs allowed at one residence. Also note if they keep any add'l dogs inside the house. Watch their water, and if they're ever out of water you have an excuse to call the local animal control.
I hope your cats stay safe, and that these are not the kind of pitties who are violent toward cats or any other creatures, for that matter.
