I trust my vet and caved and let Izzy spend the night. She got her just desserts over on the vet though for keeping her away from us. When I picked her up the following morning, I was told she had an accident and pooped in her crate over night and they had to give her a bath. I figured that's what they deserved for not putting her out to go potty before they left for the evening and not having one of the vet techs spend the night on the days they do routine surgeries. |
That's funny. Good for Izzy. She should have waited until the vet examined her and pooped on him. These pups are so smart. Probably wasn't an accident at all, but a payback for keeping her from her Mom. I once took in a ferrel kitten and brought it to the vet for an exam. This particular vet could not hide her distain for a 'ferrel' kitten. She rolled her eyes and said I bet she is full of parasites and will have all kinds of health problems. The kitten peed all over her nice white coat. Smartest cat I ever had. Lived 18 years.
