I would not consider getting a new puppy until this is all resolved....how do you know that your 'ex-friend' won't do exactly the same again?!!?
Secondly - I would find myself a very good solicitor - you're probably entitled to Legal Aid due to your on-going health issues (physical I mean
)
Thirdly - please take The 4 M's advice....if need be have a look around The Police Federation's website.
If there's
anything you can take photos of then please do so....smashed pots, windows, faces,
anything. YOU NEED SOME HARD EVIDENCE NOW. Do you have your pups pedigrees or registration documents?
