Agree with Ladyjane. I think she needs a neuro and you need something definitive based on lab values, history and symptoms. She could be in pain and without testing and a second opinion you might not know. A drooling, odd-behaving dog who is apparently staggering or wobbly who doesn't want to pee until it absolutely has to needs a good medical work-up.
