I couldn't even talk on the phone, because I'd have to break into song constantly! It was soooo frustrating, but I knew it was good because, even though she often faked for a treat, she was going exclusively on the pads.
If she ever goes anywhere but the potty pad be sure to clean it with the special potty cleaner so there's no scent left. The scent should only be on the pad.
Also, what worked for me was to stay in one area of the house until she's going exclusively on the pad in that room. Letting her roam the whole house in the beginning, even though the pads are there, I think would be too overwhelming.
I'm so excited for you!!! |
Do you remember the name of the potty spray? I think Miley will need this. I have the "natures miracle advanced formula stain and odor remover" I don't think this is working though because she is still going in the same spots. What spray do you use? She has only been in my room. We went outside in front of my house for a little she kinda just laid there bored so we came in and I let her walk around the first floor. She pee'd outside so I gave her some cheese as a treat.
