 He pooped!
OK he finally pooped, and it was a big poop! I used a syringe filled with water and Laxatone (used for elimination of hairballs in cats) about 5cc. Also every time I gave him wet food "Grandma's Thanksgiving Dinner" I added water to the wet-food so he would stay hydrated and to help with the softening his stool. He would not eat the "ID" can of digestion dog food. Everyone in the house was happy after he pooped even the Three Amigos Shi Tzus were happy!
