I want to add that with the price of the plywood AND the carpet, it cost less then $50.00 to make this ramp & soooo worth it as it will last a lifetime & beyond. And IF I ever get tired of the carpet and/or color, I can always go to fabric OR a diff color carpet.
Also just FYI, the ramp part is 10 in wide but with the siding & thickness of the carpet the total measurement width is 11 in wide, so takes up very little floor space at the end of the bed.
