How scary! I had sold a puppy to a lady, and one day she called me so hysterical I couldn't understand her. Once she could talk, I found out she had been sitting in her yard with her puppy running and playing in her fenced in yard, when a Coyote jumped the fence, grabbed her puppy and jumped the fence out and run off. By time she got out the gate, ran after them it was gone.. and so was her puppy!
I'm so sorry that you have to put up with irresponsible neighbors, and the fear for you babies!
