I don't think that was a Yokie. Or it was a huge one. The dog was 1/2 as big as the Coyote. Anyways you can see how they will attack. I hear them also. They live near me in the woods. My yard will light up also. I have a fence. My dog never goes outside alone. Never at night. Only on the porch. I have a potty pad there. When we go for walks its always Me or 2 Never anyone else. I fend off dog attack Monthly. Usualy the pepper spray works. I carry 2. One for backup. But if a pack of Coyotees come I have more lethal means. Wife was always mad at me when i said she could walk Moki alone. Till last week 2 dogs charged us. But the spray hasn't fail yet. God for the dogs. I grew up with American Bulldogs. Big ones so little Labradors don't scare me. Most common ones that go after Moki. Wife wants an Irish Wolfhound for backup |
