Change in behavior is one reason to get a dog to the vet, even if nothing else seems wrong. It is common for sick or hurting dogs to want to isolate and avoid contact with people and other dogs. I would get her in, get her labs done, checked for worms, heartworm, liver, bladder, heart, lungs, kidneys, orthopedic and neuro problems, etc. Get a urine test along with the rest.
So the first thing is to be sure she isn't ill or hurting. I know you are worried but finding out if something is medically wrong and getting her help is her surest way to getting back to her old self. If she's entirely normal medically, then it's likely something going on her daily life that is upsetting or worrying her and we can go from there.
