....Pre-heat sunflower oil in the oven, 170ish, potatoes pre-boiled for about
15 minutes...then shaken over the hob and put back on the hob to dry out...shake again 'til they're waxy.
Shake garlic salt into the hot oil, stir, add roasties, baste, and turn halfway through cooking, scraping up all the tasty scrummy semi-burnt bits on the way....about 40 minutes....it's nearly 11 p.m. and I could just eat a bowl of them right now....
Oh, and don't you worry please....will be off tomorrow to hunt down those elusive stock cubes...
