A dog training class might help if you have one of those. You need to teach her to come as well. You need to teach her the stay command and then after she has it down really good with the leash on you need to try it while the door is opening. That is what we did with my dogs. You also in the mean time might need to find a free standing dog gate that is able to bend and set up a half circle around the door so in order to go out the door you have to open or step through the gate then open the door. You probably also need to have a talk with you kids and say if you are not very careful watching the doggy when you go out the door she could get out and get hit by a car and we wont have her anymore.
