So tonight I took the cone off for a few hours and gave him a new bully stick and he never even looked at his stitches. He did lick the bald spot on his arm where the vet shaved him and made it a bit red, he seems more interested in his bald spot then his stitches. So I think for the next few days as long as me or my wife is home and able to watch him closely we will take the cone off him. The second I pulled the cone off him he jumped into my face and smothered me with kisses as if to say thank you. |
