Every Yorkie has a pair of floating ribs, which can sometimes protrude a little and look funny, but it is normal and harmless. Is your Yorkie in any pain? If you have any doubts, take her in to see the vet, and let us know what it turns out to be. |
Well I learned something new today, thank you!! Destiny has this and I've kinda of always wondered what it technically was. I knew it was a bone and was normal just didn't stop to think of it as a floating rib because I've never felt one before but all dogs have them.
