We have playtime for about 20-30 minutes, then one more potty trip, get a gentle hair brushing, and then I curl him up close and rock him for about 5 minutes just sitting on the side of the bed. Then I put him in his kennel (which right by my bed). He will settle down and sleep. It may seem like a lot to do, but it isn't.
