Sorry about your ribs.... I'm always afraid that my crockpot will catch my house on fire.... not that I care about my house but my babies are inside. I use a george foreman like everyday. I use foil on both grillers so I dont have to wash it. I also use the crockpot bags when cooking in them. I HATE dirty dishes...everything about them.... I dont even want to look at them.
