That's awful - never thought of that that in a wreck where the person had to go to the ER, the dog is just out of luck! That's awful! Thank you for letting me know - it just never crossed my pea brain before that my baby would be taken to the Animal Control Pound if I got seriously hurt with him in the car with me!!!!

I'm going to read your last sentence to Tibbe the next time he's furious with me for not chasing him or throwing his ball for the umpteenth time! He gets so frustrated with me when he wears me out. My little darling has NO patience with mom. He'll just snort and short and do cute tricks to egg me on and I'll just have my tongue hanging out begging to stop. Maybe I'll just remind that little Mister what you said when he gets mad at me next time!!! Wonder if it will buy me any goodwill with him!!!
